Terms of Service

These terms apply to Baize Club, an online billiards game run by Gamquo ("we"). By playing or creating an account you agree to them. Contact: support@gamquo.com.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. One person may use several devices with one account; don't share your password.

2. Rules of conduct

Keep the game friendly. Do not:

• insult, harass, threaten or bully other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content in chat, names or reports;
• pick a username or table name that is offensive or pretends to be someone else (including staff);
• cheat: modify the game, use bots or tools that play for you, exploit bugs, or arrange results with other players;
• spam, advertise, or try to get other players' passwords or personal information;
• attack, overload or try to break into the service.

Chat is filtered automatically and you can mute or report players. We may review reports and act on them.

3. Coins, gems and items

• Coins are earned only by playing. They can't be bought with money and can't be cashed out, sold or transferred for anything outside the game. Coin stakes and tournament fees use only coins.
• Gems can be bought with real money and are used only to get cosmetic items (tables, balls, cues, avatars). Gems can't be turned into coins, staked, transferred or cashed out.
• Coins, gems and items are a limited licence to use virtual content in the game. They have no cash value, are not your property, and can't be exchanged for money or anything of value.
• Gem purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund (for example a statutory right of withdrawal, or a payment taken by mistake). Contact us about any payment problem.
• We may change prices, items and rewards, and may correct balances that are wrong because of a bug or abuse.

4. Bans and account closure

If you break these terms we may remove offensive names, mute your chat, or suspend or permanently ban your account, with or without warning depending on how serious it is. Banned accounts lose access to their coins, gems and items, without a refund except where the law requires one. You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account, or /delete-account).

5. The service is provided "as is"

The game is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It may have bugs, interruptions or data loss, and we may change, suspend or end it at any time. Online match results are reported by players' devices and may be wrong.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address, and continuing to play means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Last changed: 30 October 2026.
